All American Escrow LLC provides the following stock-sale services:
- Receipt of corporate minute book, including corporate articles, bylaws and minutes, cancelled and un-issued stock certificates, stock register, and corporate seal.
- Receipt of all issued and outstanding stock certificates from shareholders pending closing.
- Disbursement of sale proceeds to all shareholders according to instructions.
- File Change of Registered Agent with Secretary of State.
- Cancel surrendered stock certificates and record in stock register.
- Update minute book with resignation of board of directors and corporate officers.
